Punugulu Ingredients: 200 gm idli batter 50 gm maida 3 gm cooking soda 5 gm cumin 10 gm green chilli 5 gm ginger 50 gm onion Salt to taste 5 gm curry leaves
Procedure: Chop chilli, ginger, onion, curry leaves. Add idli batter, salt, cooking soda, cumin seeds and maida, mix thoroughly. Heat oil, make balls with batter and deep fry till golden brown (on medium fire) serve hot with coconut and ginger chutney. Menu Source: http://www.uppercrustindia.com
