Royyalu Miriyalu Ingredients: 600 gm Royyalu (prawns) 10 gm whole garam masala 30 gm onion 4 green chillies, 2 sprig curry leaves 15 gm ginger-garlic paste 8 gm chilli powder, 5 gm dhania powder 3 gm turmeric powder 10 gm tamarind 150 gm tomato Cream of 1/2 coconut, 80 gm oil, Salt to taste 25 gm crushed black pepper
Procedure: Heat oil, add whole garam masala, green chilli, curry leaves, onion and fry till brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute, add chilly powder, dhania powder, turmeric powder, coconut cream and chopped tomato and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
