Nethallu Iguru
Ingredients: 600 gm Nettallu (Anchovies) 10 gm garam masala 50 gm onion, 4 green chillies 2 sprigs curry leaves 15 gm ginger-garlic paste 8 gm chilli powder 5 gm dhania powder 3 gm turmeric, 10 gm tamarind 150 gm tomato Cream of 1/2 coconut Salt, to taste
Procedure:
Heat oil, add curry leaves, green chillies, onion and fry till brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute, add chilli powder, dhania powder, turmeric, coconut cream and chopped tomato and cook for few minutes. Add tamarind water and anchovies.
